Refund & Return Policy
At The BodyBakHery, we take pride in creating handcrafted bath and body products with care. Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging
Once your claim has been reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered production or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Opened or used products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse
