Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, package size, and destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Warm Weather Notice
Our whipped body butters are made with natural oils and butters that may soften or melt during transit in warm weather.
If your body butter arrives soft or melted:
- Place it in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes.
- The texture may change slightly after re-solidifying, but the product remains safe to use and retains its moisturizing benefits.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can only update an address before your order has shipped. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or reroute it.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The BodyBakHery is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your property and with neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Reach out to us if you need assistance locating your tracking information.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We’ll review your claim and work with you to find a resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
